Wow!! I can hardly believe that today is the first day of Fall. The last time I wrote we were about in the third week of summer. Summer simply flew bye. :) It was very good though. The kids all enjoyed the down time, and kept busy biking, fishing, friends, ect.
Work at Trail West Young life Camp went well and we are now in the confrence season.
School started on the 26 of August and we are definatelly fully in the swing of things. Plus we are now into School sports. Abby- Volleyball

Gideon- Fishing Tournament in Taylor

Gideon just called from Taylor. He came in 2nd

in the Fishing Tournament at Taylor Reservoir

for the under 14 age group. He caught three lake

trout and 1 rainbow trout. Great job Gideon!!

Abby and Jon Soccer

Abby and Jon had a great Spring U13 Soccer Season and even went undefeated. Great job guys. They both had a great time and came a long way in there ball handling skills. They also had a great Caoch in Lisa T.

Well after a cool Spring, we dove right into a HOT summer and are finally cooling off a little with some rain. I love the sound and the lower temperature is really nice. I also did not have to water the garden today. I know that was very lazy.
The kids are having a good summer. Jon and Aron have had a relaxing 2 weeks so far. Jon has stayed busy with Basketball camp and Golf camp, and they will head off tomorrow for a camping trip in NM. Abby, Brie and Gideon are spending the first 5 weeks of the summer with Mike in Denver and also taking turns, each spending time with Mike's Mom in Taylor. While in Taylor, Gideon fishes, Brie paints, and Abby helps with the chores that Grandma needs an extra set of hands for. And when they are in Taylor I try to get over Cottonwood pass, to get hugs as often as I can. I still find it really hard to have them gone for very long.
Ben and I are staying busy with work and getting the kids from point A to point B. Young Life Family Camp in starting week 3 on Sunday and it is going really well. Let us know if you are ever in the neighborhood. Everyone take care and have a great week. :)

Hi everyone!!

Hope everyone is having a wonderful spring. We are all doing well, but are very ready for it to stay warm. Today we saw snow again, and last week it was in the 60's. Spring time with the Rockies :) Jon and Abby are enjoying Soccer and Brie Aron and Gideon are in the Elem. running program. Ben and I stay busy with all the kids and work.
